I am looking for information about overcurrent, directional and/or diferencial electromechanical information, like the construction or how do they work.

You can browse through some data sheet of various relays.

DigiKey is a parts supplier. Do a search on relay and select a couple relays. put them in a shopping cart then You can click on links to datasheets of many parts digikey sells.

well, a electromechanical relay is exactly what it sounds like. there is a solenoid (electro) that pushes or pulls a circuit breaker (mechanical) to open or close a circuit.
