lost like 20 pounds since october when i was fit for my wedding dress it came back too big. need help picking up weight. don't want to have alterations done because the weight looked sexy on me. i weigh 120 now. trying to get back to about 140. myclothes don't even fit anymore.

white bread, pasta, whole milk, sugar, eat before bedtime, quit smoking, eat fast food, cook eveything in butter. But consider cost of health to cost of alterations

I would say do the opposite of what you did to lose the weight. Ate fewer calories? Eat more.
Exercise like crazy? Cut back or don't work out.

Sugary sweets and lots of it will do the trick, plus a daily visit to your local MC Donald's restaurant and make everything extra, but I have to warn you, or the person concerned, it will not be a pretty picture I tell you.

Hi, this may not be correct answer to your problem.. but id say by drinking build up drinks. thre milkshakes you buy from the chemist ot help you gain weight! hope this helps

Eat as much as you want and dont exercise at all. To gain weight you must consume more calories than you burn.
