My father is my best man. I think Im getting him a nice everyday watch. Men, what did you give your groomsmen? Or what would be a good gift? And please dont tell me an engraved flask. I think that one is just about played out.

The best groomsmen gift that I got was a Lakers basketball ticket. It's a good way to get all of your closest friends together and it beats the traditional dust collectors you normally get. It also sets up a sort of guys night tradition if you want it. Congrats!

My DH got his guys the complete Star Wars set (all 6 DVD’s) he got an IPod. Depend on the budget and your buddies - if there is a good college team maybe season tics or how about tickets to a speaker series. You know your friends best what would be a memorable way to say thank you? There is your gift. Good Luck!

I've gotten some great engraved pens, pocket watches, embroidered duffel bags, etc. from being in weddings.
it's nice to get things that are actually functional because when you use the item it reminds you of the great time that you had at the wedding.

Groomsmen are supposed to get things? I never got anything for being a best man, that I know of. I got screwed...actually I didn't even get that!

We made arrangements for our photographer to take pictures of our wedding party with their family members when they get back they will be framed and given to them. I didn't want to engrave on anything they didn't want (and couldn't take back) The girls and guys got this for single members or members whose family was unavailable we took pictures of me(bride)with them. The guys all had family there or else there pics would have been with my husband.

Key chain, small desk clocks, something different for each one (match their personality), golf set (balls, towel, & tees), nice pens, etc.. Congrats!!! The gift for your dad sounds great, maybe have it engraved (Best man once, Dad always).
