I am a college student and I am carrying my laptop everywhere with me. From personal experience, what are some really handy programs that I could really use on my laptop. It really doesn't matter, just list some of the ones you think are really helpful.

expensive Hippo.... exciting that Rosetta Stone consists of ideas first. they have hoodwinked the full inhabitants into thinking of their overpriced and overhyped product with out extremely thinking. stable which you're thinking! it is excellent to locate a human to earnings a language from. Languages are for communications, no longer memorizing rules and vocabulary. try a direction, a close-by college, the German embassy / consulate.

limewire, itunes, AIM and mozilla firefox are all great tools that are FREE

ps u can get limewire pro for free by downloading it off of limewire.

Irfanview. It's freeware. It rocks for resizing pics for email.
