i have mine in food saver bags
so they will last up to a year.........
other wise. i am not sure...because it will dry out with age

usually things like that last around 3 months in the freezer, but if your business takes off well, you may not need to freezes them for that long. Also, society today is right into fresh, natural and healthy foods, so it would probably be better to figure out a way to store you lasagne fresh and not frozen, as freezing things does change the taste a little and people are not to partial to it.

In freezer bags, uncooked salmon will stay good for about a year, but I only keep it for six months, just to be safe.

i wouldnt keep it for longer then a month in the freezer, 2 days in the fridge not completely sure though
