i am in perfectly good shape and everything but im going away to an island and i really want to get an AMAZING stomach before i go, but i also want to maintain it with out having to diet and work out for hours a day.

Do 100-200 sit ups every night before you go to bed.

To maintain that, you don't necessarily have to "diet" but just cut out junk food and go for 30 minute runs in the morning. Simple and short.

if your already in great shape just about 100-500 sit ups a day, you dont need to do them all at once..lol i dont even know if it's possible although i think i did more then that in basic traning lol anyway good luck!

Keep your diet get ALL junk food out of your house and work out and keep with dieting!
