Get your heart rate up in order to burn calories, first. You must do aerobics until your heart is pumping fast in order to work out key areas or you will gain the muscle density much sooner than you lose the layers of fat. Alternate one day with a 45 minute aerobic one day and then working out key areas alternatly the next day.

For the days you do key areas to work out, there is one that is most affective for the stomach and one for the arms.

For the stomach, hold onto a strong piece of furniture that doesn't slide, and raise your legs up 45 degrees and down to about 6 inches off of the ground and hold them there for a few seconds. Repeat this until you can do it comfortably 30 times. Do them side to side to affect all muscles in the stomach. Just make sure you stretch first or you risk getting a hernia.

Lift weights with your arms that target the pectorals, your shoulders, and the backs of your arms more than the rest. Those are the muscles that women tend to be weak in. Do this until you can do this comfortably for 30 reps on both arms.

Remember, start off small and stay disciplined because you won't see results for approximately 90 days. Tell yourself, no pain no gain, because if you are doing it right, you will get lactic acid build up. It's temporary as you build a new lean mean body.

To remove lactic acid take a product called Sport and to Increase your ability to work out without getting tired, take a product called Empact.

US Olympic running teams from five different contries take these products because they are able to work out longer and recover faster. You can read about the sports products at this web site, below, they are awsome and they work.

No way to spot reduce. If you want to lose belly fat you need to eat right and take up cardio. even with that you can't conrol where you lose the weight first. It might be in your legs arms or abs. Only genetics can determine that. If you want to build muscles in your stomach you can do sit ups crunches double crunches and leg lifts but building the muscle with out the dieting or cardio will give you a bigger stomach. Muscle under fat.

this is the most miss thought thing about losing weight, You can not in anyway "spot work" a body area. 1.000 crunches will not burn the belly. Your body stores fat as you get it and it removes the fat in the same order. belly first then butt, face ect...You must do cardio now as for 1,000 crunchs it will help because under the fat you will be building a massive 6 pack. Cardio is all you can do

Bofore you start to exercise, stop the following.
No sodas, drink water, no meals after 8PM at night.
Without these weight gain is never permanent.
Also get 8 hours of sleep per night.
Sleep is a must for weight loss.

First of all, the best approach is to mix crunches with cardio. And secondly... I guess that is all I had to say on the subject.
