Program copy????????????

HOw would I copy a program off of a friensd computer to put on mine. For instance, He has a program that I wont but he dosent have the installation cd. Is it possible I can copy his folder that the software is in and put it on a cd???

The chances are slim that you can do what you ask in your question. When most programs are installed, they assign files to various points on the hard drive, not just to the folder in which the main program resides. So, copying the files in that folder still wouldn't give you functionality in almost all cases. You might try searching for the particular program on ebay and bidding on it if the price is within your budget. Good luck.
