It could be the shock absorber on that side of the truck, or it could be a noisy bushing. There is silicone lubricant for the bushings and replacing the shocks in most pickups is pretty easy. See if you can slide under the truck while someone bounces the bumper up and down. That may help you pinpoint the location of the noise.
