i went out with this guy for a week but see me & him never saw eachother & never talked in that week. the 1st time we talked since starting to go out was the time we broke up. we both agreed it wasn't the right time in our lives to see eachother & to be just friends & that i liked his best friend before ever liking him & his best friend liked me too so it was a mistake. i just talked to his best friend & he just found out me & the other guy went out a few months ago & said now he can never date me cuz i went out with his best friend. i said that it doesn't even count as me & his friend going out cuz we never talked until we broke up. but he said it didn't matter it's still a fact we went out.
If you have any comments or advice for me please say it. and answer the question Would You Ever Date Your Best Friend's Ex!?

Well that's really lame of that guy u liked that was the guy u went out withs bestfriend (confusing lol).. But i mean seriously it's not a sin to go out with ur bestfriends ex. He makes it sound lik it's taboo or something. It's not and by the way i told that girl that used to go out with the guy i like, she said she was cool with it and that he was a sweet guy=]. So i'm happy abt that. Anyways i dont think it's wrong to date ur bestfriends ex. i would but i'd ask my bestfriend or friend before i do it.

I don't think it's wrong at all. I think the guy you went out with's best friend is crazy! well, your best friend. (I'm a bit confused) Most likely, the only reason why I WOULDN'T date my best friend's ex, is because of low self esteem. I think I'm ugly... well, someone said I was ugly because I look like Gerard Way with boobs, so idk. Gerard Way is HAWT, but with feminine parts, that's be gross! so yeah..... Ever since I started high school, I have yet to have a boyfriend or anything... just guy friends, and friends... (I don't necessarily think I look like Gerard, but prolly close) But back to your question...
Okay, case in point, since you guys never really 'fell in love' the other guy has no reason to hate you, despise or never date you again. That's just crazy!

I would only go out with my best friend's ex if she said it was ok. Sorry I really don't know what to suggest for your problem, just give some time I suppose.

well he wants to keep his friendship and if he dates you then he probably wouldn't be able to keep his friendship... no matter how short something is as far as dating goes, you just don't go out with your best friends ex :) :) :)
