Are you truly hungry...or do you just want to eat. Check your craving to see if what you are feeling is really a mental craving or a true "I need food" craving. One way to help, is to eat a low-glycemic index diet. Your glucose levels are the ones responsible for your crappy cravings and the goal is to get them at a steady level. Check out the RESET kit from Usana...it has helped many people to include my self and my husband (who lost 50 pounds by getting his glucose in check which curbed his cravings) www.completerelaxation.usana.com

All the time ? Have you been tested for tapeworm ?
If you do not have tapeworm , the keep a bunch of carrots , celery , broccoli heads or whatever you like around and a good yogurt dip . . .
Also , periodic nut butter ( peanut butter, almond butter etc) with a bit of honey are very filling & for a long time.
If you are hungry , you're body is saying it "needs" the food and maybe your metabolism is fast . . .
HOWEVER > you gave no other useful details , so if you are actually overweight and inactive but hungry . . . It would be the overstretched stomach shrinking . . . It would take 3 or 4 days for the stomach to return to a normal size , where the constant hunger would stop. You will need some will power and good distractions for those several days.
Sorry for the long response but there are so many variables and your question had insufficient informaiton in it.
