I am sharing a secret with all of you because I am caught in a sex loop. I am 31 years old and not married yet due to family demands and need to wait 1 more year.
It's 5 years I started My sex journey from having 1st sex and I have already enjoyed 34 girls from different parts of world from America to Canada, Europe, Japan, India, China, Jamaica, Costa rica, Mexico. I like to travel to places and this had added fuel to the fun. Also this has put considerable effort on My body and I want to stop seeing girls for fun. But once in 2 to 3 weeks I feel the strong sex drive and can't continue with My work life until I release and I don't like the release with out seeing a girl. And recently the veins are starting to show up on My penis. I am worried about my health and want to stop seeing more girls and save sperms in my body since I am becoming thinner.
Has any of you been under similar circumstances ? What shoud I do ? What womens feel about the situation ? All suggestions welcome

Sounds like you may have a mild sex addiction. I would suggest that you see a doctor and get the full battery of STD testing done - if for nothing else just peace of mind. It also sounds like you've conditioned yourself to an extent where the only way you can get off is through intercourse - some guys have the opposite where they masturbate so often that intercourse does not feel as good.
There's no medical reason positive or negative to "save sperm". That's a myth.
In the end, I think what's happening to you is that you are simply maturing and moving past sex just for the sake of sex and are starting to look more towards longer term monogomous relationships - nothing wrong with that.
I wish you the best and be careful! Good for you for going out and experiencing life. Now that you know what you like you'll be less prone to being unhappy with whoever you decide to be with down the road.

First, you don't have a finite amount of sperm, unlike the ladies w/ the eggs. They are born with all they'll ever have. As far as any potential health risks, about the only thing to concern yourself with would be STD's. If the sex drive is encompassing all of your thoughts, then I would recommend counselling, as this sounds like a behavior issue, and not any kind of physical malady. Try masturbating, no risks of pregnancy or unwanted diseases.

It´s perfectly natural for a Penis to have a strong expression of the veins,however I do wish to suggest to you; that you leave it alone,and practice good hygiene. Furthermore I respectfully suggest that you take an AIDS Test before you marry. (Be fair ) !

Get tested for the AIDS virus right away and get psychiatric help, you're not normal. It's imperative that you understand that YOU ARE NOT NORMAL mentally. You've got a SERIOUS sexual addiction that is only going to get worse by interferring in your work life, and spread to all other parts of your life, your marriage, and your family.

I'm sure your travels are fun but aren't you worried about VD? If this is true and not a troll attempt you should ask the doctor for some blood tests to see if you are disease free....

wow...well if you are worried about your weight maybe you should see a doctor...seeing veins is normal but get that checked out if it makes you feel better. maybe you shuold start lookin for a girl...i know you dont want to get married but you wont get married within a year even if you do find the right one immideately. maybe evry so often masturbate? you dont have to have sex to quench your drive...

Addiction comes in many forms.... even sexual addiction. If you don't fix it now, your future marriage will be a failure because you won't stop the behavior.
