It depends on how much they are given over to it and sometimes who is near them. Often, the average person will not know until the spirit is "provoked," and godly behavior or a christian who lives real close to GOD in heart & obedience will be nearby, and this may provoke a reaction. When this happens, the demoniac may get pretty weird, violent, angry or "whacked out," without any valid reason for behaving that way. Consider the Gaderene demoniac in the Bible.

A "possessed person" is most likely in a manic or psychotic state. The person is not possessed by a spirit or daemon, but simply has a chemical imbalence in their brain.

There are no 'pics' because possession is a myth. It is not real. It is a religious explanation for a basic psychological event.
