When you cook in it, you swallow a little bit every time. Alzheimer patients have been found to have large quantities in their brains after they died.

There is Aluminum in ANTIPERSPIRANTS. Regular deodorants are OK.

Also pots and pans that we cook with.

Autopsys of people who have died of the side effects of Alzheimers have been shown to have aluminum in their brains.
