i need a good diet becuz im fat and i cant get a boyfriend becuz im fat someone help me plz..x

I know you have probably already heard this...but you shouldn't worry about it in that sense because of a man!! Bad reason to wanna lose weight..for a guy. But for your own person overall appearance, self confidence and happiness...then yes.
Set priorities...eat right...eat well...and exercise..that is the only true way to do it to keep it off. A good plan to stick with would be Weight Watchers or South Beach Diet. Good Luck!

Stay away from Atkins!! Its not a recipe for life, its a recipe for kidney failure!!!

The only way to loose weight is by burning more calories than you consume. Therefore there are two ways to loose weight. Either by eating less or healthier or by exercising.

You should do both!!

NO FAD DIETS!!!!

Healthy nutritious foods including protein, fibre, carbohydrates and some good fats. Vegetables, pulses, brown rice, oily fish, seeds, salads, porridge, lean meat such as chicken breast etc.

Then cardiovascular exercise at least 30 minutes 3-5 days per week. Cycling, running, rowing, cross-trainer.

You'll soon loose weight.

Fact: Atkins diet = kidney failure after a prolonged period of time due to excessive consumption of protein.

Fact: It is scientifically proven it is physically AND genetically impossible for the human body to "diet". Most diets have you either consuming only a single type of food (protein) or a tiny amount of fat and calories. The former will kill your kidneys, the latter will action your prevailing neanderthal genes to drop your metabolism to a snails pace (to conserve energy), thinking it is being starved. Once normal eating resumes, which it inevitably does, every calorie and ounce of fat is stored by your body (due to your severely slowed metabolism) meaning you will balloon to BIGGER than your current size.

Any other diet is there purely to sell magazines to people too naive to smell the bullsh*t.

How about rather than diet you:

1. Cut out all the animal/ hydrogenated/ saturated/ trans fats, salt and sugar from your diet.
2. Instead eat wholemeal foods, lean meats, oily fish, fruit and veg.
3. Vigourously exercise at least 30mins 3-5 times per week.

This should drop the pounds off your as$.

Also, there is 3500 calories in one pound (454g) of human fat. The average calorie intake per day for a woman is 2000 calories. Drop that by 500 calories per day (but eat decent, healthy, regular meals), burn off 1000 calories down the gym every other day and in theory you would burn off one pound of body fat in less than a week.

There is NO quick fix to losing weight. Losing weight will take time and commitment. You could safely and healthily lose up to HALF a stone (7 pounds) in a month.

If you are unhappy at being overwight, then your options for the future are clear: stop eating crap and get your as$ down the gym.

If you're overweight, diet and excersize will help. For food:

Eat 3 meals a day and don't skip meals, because that won't help you. Don't snack between your meals, and only eat dessert once a week. Limit junk food like ice cream, chili dogs, soft pretzels, chips, candy, etc, and try eating some good chips like Sun Chips that are healthy but taste awesome. Eat sandwiches and trade ice cream for sherbet or something like that.

Also, try going for a walk for about a half an hour any day that you can.

Join weight watchers. It's not a diet, its a method of changing your lifestyle. Any eating plan will work if you stick to it but WW is by far the easiest to stick to.

healthy eating and stay of snacks try keeping a food diary to make sure you are not exceeding the daily amounts or calorie in takes to much also regular exercise swiming and joging are great! good luck just remember dont diet to extreme curvs are soo much better then sticks and lollie pop girls x
