JetBlue Airways is okay. I've flown with them four times. The things I like about them are that there are TVs at every seat (leather seat, actually), and that there's extra legroom. Also, the cabin crew is nice and polite.
However, there are some things I dislike about JetBlue. For example, most of their flights go through JFK. I live in New York City, and JFK is okay, but LGA is much more convenient. Also at their Terminal 6 in JFK, they only have 2 security lines, and whenever I'm there, even in the early morning for a 6:15 AM departure , it still takes at least 20 minutes to get through security. That might change once they get Terminal 5, though.
Another thing is their food. They don't really have food. They just have some snacks. Yes, that's great, especially that you can get as many as you want for free, but some actual food (even for purchase) would be nice.
Finally, my last complaint about the airline is their aircraft choice. I'm a Boeing fan, so I try to avoid Airbus as much as possible (I have a grudge against the A320, but that's another story...), but sometimes, they end up being cheapest, so I have to fly with them. It's okay, but I could do better.
Song (by Delta) was nice while it was still around!

I agree. It's a nice plane with a nice interior. It's clean and chique (sp). I enjoy the channels you have to choose from on your television screen. The blue chips is a nice touch. The flight attendants could be a little nicer/attentative though - at least the ones on my flight from Buffalo to New York City.

ver the pass several years my wife and I have flown 2 times out of Long Beach to DC and out of Burbank to Orlando using Jet Blue. We have enjoyed the flights with them both times. Like having your own screen to watch. They take precedence over others. Our last flight was on Delta from LAX to Cancun and it was very Bad. Service was bad. Slow and ill planned as they did't start beverage service on time and only half of the flight was served before we landed. Seating was a knee cruncher.
