Depending what State you live in sir, you could be breaking the law. Many states set the age of 18 years old as the age that which a person can chose to have sex, but some state does allows sex to happen younger but you could state be charged with other crimes if you allow the girl to stay out later or give her stuff that is not allow for people under 18 to have. You should try to find someone who is over 18 years old ( 21 years is better) to date.

From a legal stand point, it depends on the state. In most states the age of consent is between 16 and 18. If your with someone who is younger than the age of consent in your state than technically it would be defined as statuatory rape. Morally, I don't think it matters one bit. But if it might get you arrested because your state happens to be 18, then wait the few months until she turns 18. No matter how good the sex might be, it's not worth going to jail for it!!

She might be begging for it, but unless you want Bubba in the joint to make YOU his 17-year old chick, I'd wait for a few more months, when she'll be 18 and perfectly legal.

Morally wrong? Probably yes. Legally wrong in your state? Not sure. If she's truly "begging for it," meaning that the feelings are mutual...I suppose there is nothing "wrong" with it if it's legal. *sigh* If I ever have a daughter, I hope she never meets some creepy guy in his late 20's that thinks she's "begging for it".

If you are in Canada, no. In the United States, yes. Anywhere else...I have no clue.
