It's a good deed if the other person is your spouse. And the root reason is love for your spouse.
It is an act of love with your spouse. It is written that love, all true forms (not lust) is everlasting. God created all true forms of love: Unconditional, friendship, nurturing, romantic & hot love.
I have a hunch there is all forms of love including sexual pleasure in heaven.

Here are the criteria for 'good deeds' that will count in the day of judgment. It is taken from the Bible, of course.
"Mat 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Mat 25:35 for I was hungry, and ye gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me in;
Mat 25:36 naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick, and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came unto me. "
I don't see anything in there about giving others sexual pleasures, though the Bible enjoins this between a husband and his own wife. But it wouldn't carry any points in the final judgment.

Unless your married no. It would be counted against you. But Judgement day isn't really all about judging amazingly enough. Because you might of sinned a lot but changed and been forgiven so you are free of sin. If you haven't been saved then you can be found guilty for your sins. And giving sexual plessure to someone who isn't your parterner is counted as a sin.

This is a good deed, if you are doing it with your WIFE or HUSBAND (as God commends that intercourse are legal only in matrimony) as a wife has this right from her husband and her husband has the same right from her. Helps to keep a healthy marriage and both partners fullfilled by each other.

Sexual Immorality is a major sin, so no it is not considered a good deed.
Paul does talk about husbands pleasing their wives, and wives pleasing their husbands, which yes is also referring to a sexual way, but that is only in marriage. Outside of marriage it is lust and sexual immorality.

The final judgement being moments after the fact, was it good for you?

No. The primary purpose of sex is to have children. The "good deed" you refer to becomes sexual abuse in the eyes of God outside of marriage. Too bad huh? Actually, if you stop to think about it, being a "sex object" does not compare to the intimate heart-felt love in good relationship.

There is no final judgement. It is best to be selective when it comes to sex and always use protection.
