Don't try so hard to get noticed. If the girl likes you, she'll notice you whenever you walk by.
Give her attention. To contradict the last statement, girls also like it when you pay attention to them. I don't neccesarily mean you should flirt with them every chance you get, but just start by talking to them.
Girls like compliments, just like every guy does.
Don't try making them jealous. I see so many of you posting stuff like this, and maybe it works for some girls, but others will think you're not interested in them and will move on and then you're screwed.
Treat them how you'd like them to treat you. It's like the saying goes: To get respect, you've got to give respect.
Most of all, be yourself. It would be pretty embarrassing if it turned out your crush loved you for whom you portrayed yourself to be, rather than who you really are.

Well go up and talk to her but dont act to confident and dont act to shy dont ask her out right away either get to know her first and make sure you be yourself

Well, have you told her you like her? You should do that first... tell her she is a great girl.. and you want to get to know her more... That is always a start. If you likes you back, you guys can date, if not then you should just cherish the friendship you have with her, and if she wants to get to know you better, then go out sometime...
