I invited this guy that I've recently got back in contact with to my house today. Now I'm scared because I'm not ready to.... with him because I just got out of a situation with a guy about a month ago. Mentally I thought I was ready but now I'm like uh oh.

I was kind of pushing up on him hard but now I;m like OMG what I'm I doing? What should I do?

Don't skate around the odvious with him. Tell him exactly what you just said. "I just got out of a serious relationship and I don't think I'm ready to get serious with you, but if your willing to take it slow i'd be up for that." If he's worth your time I'm sure that he would be up for it also.

I observed that too, infact final night (i think of) it became Anderson Cooper interviewing a guy from the section in AK the place the Republicans prefer to drill however the Dem's say no. He went on and on approximately how undesirable the economic device is up there, that purely approximately 60% is unemployed (as you be attentive to you could olny artwork some months a 12 months up there) yet whilst they allowed drilling money and jobs might come out of it. it form of sounds like it fairly is a no-brainer to me. they want the drilling, it will develop thier economic device, help ours (down right here) and there's a lot land that they confirmed a diagram of 60 acres of land extremely drills 80 miles for the time of underground. It became rather neat and informative.. I purely don't get it. Like I had suggested on yet another submit, I extremely have been a democrat all my existence, and definitly not a Bush lover, yet this present day Democratic Congress fairly is changing my perspectives.. (and ovbiously at 9% approval score others too)

When he gets there invite him in treat him like a guest and when he makes the move on you tell him that you are just not ready.

I'd still carry on with the date. You never know, it might just be the best thing that ever happened to you, and if it still doesn't feel right, then talk to him nicely. Everyone appriates honesty! Good Luck, if nothing else, it will be something that you'll laugh your *** off with your friend's for year's to come!

It sounds like you've been stringing him along. Just explain the situation and say you want to get to know him but not go too fast.

Slow down. Explain everything to him. He should understand. After all he was your friend. If he doesn't accept it, he is a jerk and you might consider forgetting about him.

Don't answer the door. Make excuses later, you'll think of something then.
