I wouldn't take her out if she did have them, Its easier to clean my own yard and I always have to do that daily anyway! I'd otherwise have to carry a big bag of sand and I'm only little! My dog isn't though! I always carry plastic bags but rarely need them as she goes out after using the yard. She knows what time she goes out and that is the time she goes! 40 years ago I accidently trained my dog to do it, so I train all my pups/ or rescued dogs. No laws broken, No irrate pedestrians and no carrying a big bag of crap looking for a bin Think about it if you ever get a dog!

i have 2 dogs and from time to time my older one has quite loose stools if he has a bit of a upset tum i dont take him out that often but if i do i try make sure he goes on grassy areas which is easy where i live and loads of leaves on ground i pick up all i can plus handfull of grass and leaves theres rearely any left on floor i no how annoying it is tho to find that sort off mess that some dog owners leave and its upsetting as young children can easily step in it these owners should clean it up

In a lot of cities, it's against the law to leave your dogs crap on the sidewalk. Since you don't own a dog, you don't really need this info. Just remind people to pick it up. Say you witness a dog in action. Say to the walker, "you gonna do something about that?!?"

Clean it up the best you can and take a small container of sand to cover up what you can't clean up. That's what our HOA regulations are anyway and I think it's a great course of action.
