Honestly, drastically cut your calories. I'd say starting off, limit yourself to about 1300-1400 a day, and try to cut it down by 50-100 each week. Drink a TON of water. I've lost about 20 lbs doing this. For instance, eat a turkey sandwich with fat-free cheese, mustard and light bread. You can load up on the veggies. It has way less calories than say, a slice of pizza. Lean cuisines are good too. Just remember to drink a ton of water, like at least 6 bottles a day. Exercise would majorly boost your weight loss, but if you can manage to stick to a low-cal routine, you'll still lose the weight. www.caloriecalculator.com can help you with figuring out many calories are in all your foods.

Also, watch out for hidden calories like in salad dressings, sodas, candy, chips, etc. They're loaded! Read the labels. Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

If you eat no more than 1000 calories a day and walk a treadmill for 4 hours a day-----you MIGHT lose that much.
But 25 lbs in that amount of time is a lot more realistic!

There is no magic bullet. Looseing weight is a fight and you will almost always put some of it back on. dropping that much weight that quickly can cause serious health problems. if you want to loose weight get an appointment with a dietition. Forget the weightloss pills you see on tv. Those are a FAIRY TALE. the only way to get there is hard work.
