i like some one who has told me repeatedly that i am funny and hilarious. He said i should do standup too. Is humor and funnyness a plus when starting to like someon. Does humor make people like you more?

Yes, personality is a huge part in making a relationship work, the way i see it the you can't have a serious relationship on just looks or just personality so i try to get as close to 50-50 as i can between being attracted to someone and liking who they are, but yes humor and good personality go a LONG way in having someone like you in my opinion....

Having a good sense of humour is important, people want to be in realtionships where they laugh and are happy.

At the end of the day personality counts for a lot, I could never be with someone who was gorgeous but selfish and shallow. I need depth in my relationship.

yes.. laughter is always a good thing as far as a personality goes and that to some people is more important then other things in a persons personality :) :) :)
