I'm a big Bailey's fan. As a drink it can'r really be mixed with much since it has a cream-like base... Altho hot chocolate powder is gooooood!!! I also like to mix baileys with whipped double cream and have it with cake!!! Esp the new Caramel Bailey's. Truely delicious!

43 and Baileys shots. Pour 43 liqueur into a shot glass, put the baileys on top and drink. Hot and cold at the same time and sooo yummy!

pour a 3rd of glass with kahula or tia maria
pour bailey's so it settles on the top of the kahula but not to the top of the glass about 5mm below the rim
add amoreto or cointreau so it settles on top of the bailey's
optional light the top for about 5/10 secs blow it out then knock it down..

take a large glass, pour a shot of baileys into, add a little bit of hot water and half a tea spoon of brown sugar. disolve. add hot water leaving half an inch at teh top. whip cream and hold a large spoon over the drink and slowly poor cream into the drink... absolutely awful for a diet but absolutely gorgeous!... also baileys on icecream is braw!

For a wintery creamy drink:
135ml hot milk
1 shot (35ml) Baileys
1 shot (35ml) brandy
1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
Dash ground nutmeg
Combine Baileys and brandy to dissolve sugar. Add hot milk and stir, then sprinkle with nutmeg.
