I put a little lotion on my nose it works wonders. Then when I need to blow my nose I use tissues with a little water on them. It hurts less, and then I put aloe vera or lotion again.

Dont use Kleenex, whenever possible blow your nose with water in the bathroom sink.... other than that nothing really works to help it after the damage is done, except maybe vaseline or neosporin which makes you get zits in that area which only adds to the discomfort. Seriously just blow your nose in the sink using water cupped in your hand, then wash your hands and dry your face.... your nose will never get sore!

Use the tissues with the lotion. also, apply a little bit of vaseline to the bottom of your nose to stop the skin from being irritated due too the constant nose blowing

Lateral wall of the nasal mucosa has fine blood capillaries which when rubbed over and over again due to cold breaks and bleeding occurs.Go for a nasal decongesant like preparations containing xylometazoline in nasal drops and and antiallergic with cetrizine + pseudoephedrine in it.

If you mean irritation on the outside of your nose, tissues with aloe or lotion.
If you mean inside, use a Sinus Headache over-the-counter medicine.
