I love all of those things on my french fries! The seasoning gives the fries a nice twist. The salt just makes them taste like fries, rather than hard potatoes, haha. And the ketchup just tastes plain good!

I like to also use Cajun seasoning, but you could also use garlic. I like to cut up the potato and then toss it in olive oil and minced garlic. Then I put it in a single layer on a foil lined pan and let it cook at like 400 degrees until golden and crispy. I usually put it on broil for the last couple if minutes, but watch them carefully, as they can burn easily.

Lowry's seasoning salt is good instead of plain salt. Garlic pwd. is great also, and I like to mix it up with different flavors of Mrs. Dash also for a little pep.

Garlic salt, seasoned salt, McCormack's Montreal Chicken Spice, or best of all....garlic salt and some finely ground chipotle peppers (dried smoked jalapeno peppers)

I just season my french fries with salt and fresh cracked black pepper, but I enjoy eating them with some Tabasco sauce to dip them in!

I would use seasoning salt instead of regular salt. And why not jazz things up a bit by sprinkling some Parmesan cheese over them for someone who isn't lactose intolerant! :)

Cajun sounds good. A local bar uses a garlis powder that is pretty good.

turn your fries into Poutine

top with cheese curds (mozza will do)

pour gravy over the top to melt the cheese

I also add a sprinkle of green onions sometimes (even though I don't really like white onion)

YUM!
