Ask your doctor about "Drysol".
Make sure that any deodorant you buy is ALSO an anti-perspirant. Most are, but some are not.
Try Secret for women as it is suposedly the strongest, or try Right Guard for men...I sweat a lot and I have found that right guard works best for me.

If you have excessive amounts of perspiration, a good solution is a product called Drysol, it is a prescription medication so you will need to see a doctor first. But what you do is apply it where ever you want to prevent sweating at night, the next morning you take a shower or just wash it off. It can keep you sweat free for up to 3 days before you have to re-apply it. I have never used it but I heard it works wonders.

I had that problem I solved it by using deoderant twice a day and since I take my showers at night every morning when I get up I wash off under there.

Speed Stick works well for men.
For women, I've heard Secret is good. You know the one that has the ads about "Ph balanced for women"?
If you still have problems, you may want to see a dermatologist. There's a prescription product called Drysol that might help you.

The very best deodorant I ever found is Mitchum Roll-on for perspiration. Sometimes it's hard to get because other people know it's great too. It's great!!

There is also a strong roll-on that you don't need a prescription for. It's called "Certain Dri" and is made for folks with excessive perperation. Most pharmacies have it. Its worth a shot before you go to a doctor.

I use marmite to combat all odours. Just rub it into the affected areas and the smell should subside. It also helps keep sandfly away. If that fails then seal yourself into a wetsuit.

I use the crystal - found mostly in health food stores, but also on the top shelves in most drug stores recently.
It's all natural, no harmful chemicals and it really prevents the odor. ou will sweat less and have no stench.
You wet it and put in on any part of your body that sweats - you can even put it on your feet to prevent the smell.
It will also prevent yellowing of the armpit area on your white shirts.
