car value help urgent?

i am looking at a 2006 nissan 350z which has 6k miles on it.
the owner put tints in it, a spoiler, and he put one 10 in sub.
if you had to buy the car how much will you pay for it.

check it out in kelley blue book .com, just because he added all the bells and whistles dosen't mean it's worth more money, he has to eat those goodies as thats what he wanted and it didn't come from the factory that way.
