Just like Kurt Cobain, I've had a stomach problem which has been on the go for years. Eventually, I found a solution - a herbal medicine which really seemed to do the trick. However, they have now stopped producing it, and I'm going to have to get a herbalist to recreate it for me.

Problem is, the ingredients are in German, and I don't read German too well.

Can anyone assist? The ingredients seem to be

Pfefferminzblatter
Fenchel
Kümmel
Wermutkraut

The translation and the botanical names of the plants to prevent any mistakes:

Peppermint leaves (Mentha piperita)
Fennel seed ( Foeniculum officinale)
Caraway seed (Carum carvi)
Wormwood leaves (Artemisia absinthium)

If you live in a temperate climate zone you should be able to grow them all in your own garden or in flower pots.

And "Kraut" means the leaves as opposed to flowers, seeds, or roots.
