me and this guy have been broken up for a while but still fooled around! WE are not dating and stoped messin around cuz i found out he waz also messin with his ex so i decided to tell him randomly today tat i missed and his responce was

It starts to sound like he might be a little jealous that you are with another, and he might be testing you to see if you really like the one you are with. If that is the case, then you want to let him know that you aren't with that person and you want to be with him.
Later on it sounds as if he is resigned to the fact that you aren't going to be with him and is making excuses why, perhaps because he is hurt. You only don't get him at all if that is your choice.

Well it seems to me he thinks you are with someone else and want to be with that person and therefore why would you miss him. Ask him, tell him to stop talking riddles and tell you straight up what he is talking about.. who he is talking about. If he means by "agendas" meaning work.. or things that have to be done.. are you both busy with work, school?... ask him to tell it straight.. and stop talking nonesence and in riddles..... take care
