I'm willing to travel anywhere in the next week or so...whats the cheapest holiday out there?

Keep trying. Change search engines as some are a little biaised towards specific companies. There is no such thing as a free lunch but there are reaonable offers. Try less popular times or places, why go with the herd?

For example,,pick an island,,ok Crete,,find the cheapest flight online,,when you get to Crete,,get out of the airport to the coast,,then look for a cheap room,,these are called Pensions,,it means room for rent,,they are usually clean and practicle,,a cheap way to see some of Crete

It's usually better to book in advance to get the best rates. But i know there's some pretty good deals to egypt at the mo. Try looking at lastminute or expedia

as for the cheap travels, I'm not sure, because it depends on where you're from... but google cheap airfares for the place you want to go. Hope you have a great time in your holidays :)
