1% of population blond? Hmmm. I don't know. I mean my family is mostly dirty blonde. Nobody dumb in family I can think of among the females, lol. I don't think they are "smarter" than say a family of brunettes but lol, al are well educated.

I would say 1%. Most of the Natural Blondes I know are incredibly intelligent.

Look, Cameron Diaz is a true blond and now, she is a brunette and she says that people react differently to her.
Never saw her as dumb...
But if people react differently because you hair colour has changed when they know that perfectly it is the formulation of the question that I should change!

only 1,4 % of world population has natural blond hair!
and haircolor dosen't changhe you're brain size!
and the dumb blondes are colored brunettes. You can see how dumd they are....they clored theyr hair to blond!

and someone up there told that blondes get more layd? Well I have read a research that said that most sexually actives are redheads, then brunettes and then blondes! If you only count those hwo are natural!

Norwegian women and men are born with blonde hair. Most of them remain blonde. Scandinavian women are natural blondes and they are very intelligent. But there are some that when they get older the hair gets dark, too. You can tell who are the natural blondes.
