maybe you aren't cooling down properly , or giving your muscles enough rest between training sessions.........

probably one of three things either you have no upper body strength, you have bad form (holding your arms up instead of swing them.) or you are running after you work out or do physical labor. I have been running competitivley for 25 years so I know a little about this topic

Could be muscle spasms try to stretch before you run.

Have someone watch you to see if you are clenching your fists, or keeping your arms too high.

because when you run you move your arms in ryhthm with your legs, they are getting a work out too.
