Laxatives...but seriously, RUNNING...you'd be surprised how much weight you'll lose if you just jog on the treadmill for about a half an hour everyday...I heard the best way to lose weight is to do rigorous excercise for about 5-10 minutes, pause for a few minutes, then start again, etc.

If you loose 5 pounds, it's just going to be water weight you're loosing. You need to lose about 7 pounds in order to have a significant difference.
Anyway, run in sweatpants and a hoodie for 45-60 minutes, for a couple days. Running is the fastest way to loose a little weight quickly.
I'm on my school's wrestling team so people are always trying to make weight, and most do by just running and getting sweaty. Sounds nasty, but you'll drop some pounds if you run enough.

Slim Fast. Give em a week, they'll take off the weight. The stuff really works if your looking for a quick drop of 5-10 pounds. The problem is that the weight will go right back on.
The best way take it off and keep it off long term is to develop good eating and exercise habits. Now all I have to do is practice what I preach!

A product called Almased. Take that 3 times a day and in 2 days you'll lose 6 pounds. I took it 2 weeks straight and lost 27 pounds. It's a protein supplement. You can't eat anything else though.

Take a laxative. This is only for a temporary solution. Some people have lost 1-7 pounds over night. So not do this on a long term solution. Good luck.

Eat small portions of healthy foods every 2 hours and exercise at least twice a day. You have to eat because if you don't, the weight will stick to you.

You should have more Vitamin D and C and Build up Iron then work out 2 days a week and eat salad dressing with ceaser dressing.
