Has anyone used loreal natural match hair color on color-treated hair before? I am trying to get my hair color back to my natural color plus getting the red tint out.please help

Yes, I've used it and I don't think I'll ever use another brand again! Natural Match worked great. It really did match my hair color. It's very easy to pick the right shade. And afterward, my hair was SO soft and silky. I used it on a Sunday and the whole next week at work, everyone commented on how great my hair looked, asked me if I'd had it cut, etc., but not one person thought I'd colored it. Try it!
