Peroxide always bubbles up when applied to a cut even if it has stitches..It boils out wounds,it kills germs and boils the germs out.If you have stitches, they always have little gaps and it will boil,thats why it is used to kill germs.It will not hurt the stitches,but rather keep it free from germs....Thats a good thing
