If God existed before the universe and is transcendent he is external to it and cannot effect it unless he enters it and becomes a part of it then he cannot be transcendent- a total paradox and impossible.

God dwells in the heavens and he cannot be everywhere. It was his son Jesus who he sent to become a man and brought as salvation.

“The heavens” are mentioned as God’s “established place of dwelling.” (1 Kings 8:39, 43, 49; 2 Chronicles 6:33, 39) However, one Bible account describes the magnitude of Jehovah God with the following terms: “Will God truly dwell upon the earth? Look! The heavens, yes, the heaven of the heavens, themselves cannot contain you; how much less, then, this house that I have built!”—1 Kings 8:27.

“God is a Spirit,” says the Bible. (John 4:24) Therefore, he resides in a spiritual realm independent of the physical universe. When the Bible refers to “the heavens” as God’s dwelling place, it is referring to the loftiness of the place where he resides in contrast with the material environment in which we reside. In any event, the Bible teaches that God’s abode is, indeed, clearly distinguished from the physical universe but is at the same time a very specific location.—Job 2:1-2.

First you must understand what God is.
According to The cambridge dictioinary, God is the being which made the universe, the Earth and its people and is believed to have an effect on all things:

God is the creator of the universe and of everything. Praise to God. The Lord of the worlds!!! His blessings are everywhere.
The Power of God is unimaginable by human beings. Man can grasp only that part of his knowledge which Allah, The Almighty God Wills.

the laws of science say that two objects cannot share the same place and time as the other.
but there are laws of time travel that ONE spirit can appear in a different second than the other and still appear as an image of the other.
if a person lived in four separate seconds he could manipulate time by however many billionths of a second and transport to the same place as the other 3 seconds of life.
therefore the illusion of being in more than one place at a time is achievable, that is if Time travel can also be achieved. . Thus God says He is on our right and on our left and goes before us and follows behind us.

If I take clay and make, say, a vase, I can still modify it, change it, etc. and I am still external to it, and I existed before it. I don't need to become part of the vase to affect it.

Same with God and the Universe, I think.

I really hate to advocate for the theists, but electrons can be exist in two places at once, so why can't God? If any theists wish to agree with this, stop thumping you Bible and accept science into your brain!

Let's start he ball rolling with the omni's.

Omniscient
Omnipotent
Omnipresent

Then factor in that God is creator and outside his creation, kind of like an artist and His painting. Then factor in God is outside of time ... The "paradox" is a paradox no more ... And your head should start hurting! lol

Because He is the arckitekt of the Universe, He is the Universe, the Infinite form of Goodness and possibility. He can be in your heart and my heart at the same time and in any heart that is open to Him.

Not so at all. God is a Spirit and as such can be many places at the same time. Nothing is too great for God.

We're talking about God?

The God of the Bible?

The God who created everything?

I think he can do anything he wants!
