okay so my bff just got dumped for NO REASON and i dont know what to say to her. i had to deliver the news and all and now she is bawling, what can i say to her?she keeps asking ,, WHAT DID I DO?! and i feel terrible for her.

You just gotta love her and support her. Make her a cd of Alanis Morsette and Sheryl Crow and then listen to it with her.... dance and sing it with her- be crazy and silly (throwing teddy bears agaisnt the wall and write mean poetry about him)- and then take the time to tell her that her value is in her, not in what some guy thinks! He may not appreciate her- but YOU do!!

Getting dumped is not a fun thing. It is definatly heartbreaking. I went through it myself. She needs to realize that she didnt do anything wrong. It is ok to grieve and all but dont dwell on it. No guy is worth it. Wish I knew that back then. Let her know that there are other guys that will treat her right the way she deserves to be treated and deserves to be with her. She cant lose hope. It will happen when you least expect it. I thought all hope was lost and I'll be alone forever. Now I am with a man that treats me wonderfully and I do the same for him. I never been treated this way before and I love it and love him and he loves me.
Good luck and just be her friend and be supportive. It will be appreciative from her.

Seems to me this guy isn't worth her time anyway. Let her know what a good person she is and how worthless he must be, if he doesn't even have the courage to dump her himself.

Well it´s obvious that she didn´t take enough time to investigate the guy who she fell for. I would recommend that you spend some time talking to her about some of the reason that all people make untimely decisions in a relationship. If you can´t do this then your not the Friend that needs to counsel her.

Just tell her that it just wasnt meant to be, and that there will be other guys. It'll be a while before she gets over it, depending on how deep the relationship was, so for now just comfort her. You know hanging out, and being a good friend.

first of all, im feel awful that you had to deliever the news.... what creep would do that? your bff does not need a dumping like that
with this premise, assure your bff that it is not her, if a guy cannot be man enough to tell her its through, he does not deserve to be upset over.

that's a tough situation to be in. i've been there more than anyone should....
if she was in love with him then tell her he probably realized she was in love with him and alough he may have acted like he reciprocated the feelings he probably didn't. and felt it would be better to leave before her feelings grew for her. it would have been harder later....BELIEVE ME!!!!
if it was sort of a new/not too serious....
well. there really isn't much to say.
he's...he was afraid of commitment. or maybe the first situation was reversed. and he was afraid to get hurt?
but. my situations have generally been the first one.

try to distract her
she obviously loved him a lot
so it'll b pretty hard
but if you can get her to think about something else for just a moment
