Where do I find Words Task Launcher?

I am using Microsoft Works Word Processor, and I wanted to delete a couple of things listed in View. I went to Help and it told me to go to Words Task Launcher, find the item, right click and delete it. I cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.

putting a clipart behind textual content is termed a watermark. look contained in the help for that. And when you get this one paper performed get rid of Microsoft Works; receive and set up OpenOffice. a lot extra effective.
