i have heard that when you enter into the depths of prayer, you are connected with all others in that space. because prayer helps you connect with God. Christians being apart of the body, are all connected.
has anyone ever felt so?

I have felt connected with other Jews, so I would assume a Chrstian would feel the same way. It's a nice feeling.

Yes. It's organic. The Church is the Body of which Jesus Christ is the head and all Baptized persons are the members. And it's not just in prayer. It's in all things.
