Well There is he boy named Garrett and I like him but I dont know if he likes me. Alot of the time when i look at him he is looking at me. Once and awhile he will try to make me laugh (It works). But one problem I dont know if he likes me becuase he doesent ask me out! Does he like me? Should I ask him out?

well looking at you and trying to make you laugh are good signs that he is interested in you. maybe he is shy and just doesn't know how to ask you out. get to know him more and if you feel him looking at you more and flirting with you more or touching you when he talks like on your arm or shoulder and he tries to make you laugh more and still hasn't asked you out you should go for it. i mean guys like girls who are confident and ask them instead of them having to ask you. i think you have a good chance he likes you and asking him might help you know sooner if that is true or not. hope i helped!!!

The human mind is a total enigma. You will never know what someone feels for you unless he tells you or you ask him.
Something that has happended to me in many occations is that I see that a girl gives me "SINGS" odf something going on but it always ends up not true. I've even done that to some girls myself.
So the only way to know is asking him, you have nothing to loose.

ASK HIM! Because heres how it goes for guys. We either ask you out...and we creep you out and we lose any friendship w/ you we had. Or we ask you out and it works out. Guys are generally afraid to screw that friendship up, because we think about what your thinking about just as much as you do. Chances are...with this guy and really any guy....if he hangs out w/ you he likes you. Ask him if he wants to go see a new movie with you. If he says yes, then he likes you. If not. Then probably not. Hope this helps.

Don't ask him out. Flirt with him, and when he staring at you, stare back. Talk to him, and at the "some times when he tryes to make you laugh," laugh, and make a conversation out of it. If things don't work out the way you want it, to, tell him how you feel!

try chatting with him. you will know after awhile if it is going somewhere.
there is nothing wrong with you asking him out. it might make him open up more when he realizes your interested - you will probably find out the feelings are mutual.

I say go for it. He is definately hitting on you. Making you laugh and succeding is always a good sign. I definatly sense a connection babe.

I thought the same thing with my bf. i tried to get to know him a little better to see if i really wanted to go out with him. it turns out my friend tells him that i like him... 5 sec. later he asks me out!

hint off that you like him... see if he flirts back... don't ask him but try to see if he wants to go out with you... maybe get a friend of yours thats a friend of his too, to get involved to ask him if he might like you or to just ask questions...
