Filing bankruptcy does not relieve of you of your obligation to pay your current taxes or file tax returns.

You must file your taxes if you earn an income. Bankruptcy has nothing to do with filing taxes.

You not only are allowed to, you are required to, as long as you made enough money to have to file. Bankrupcy doesn't have anything to do with it.

If what you're asking is will you get your refund - maybe, maybe not.
