you can do crunches at home. If you have dumbells or weights or something, put them on your chest while you do crunches. if you don't own any weights, you can use anything. Sometimes I do crunches with a bag of sugar on my chest, anything a little heavy. It makes your crunches more effective.

Crunches! Do at least 15 reps 3 times a day start. Each day add a rep or two to the regimen or do as many as you can every now and then. You should notice some results in a few weeks. Also, eat foods that help your metabolism--ginsing, teas, and and fresh fruit. You don't need a gym to get in shape...just enough activity to keep your body healthy, and the right kinds of foods.

You can actually try using a gertile. They work in 2 ways... once they will make your stomach look flatter while you are wearing them then also while you have the gertile on... it is actually flattening that area. You'd have to use it consistently-every day for this to work. It also presses down on your muscles which has the same effect as sit ups.
A really good gertile can run you anywhere between 50-100 bucks.

well the gym is really the best way
doing daily sit-ups is good
but also diet changes are a good option
instead of eating potato chips while watching TV,
try unbuttered popcorn
or instead of drinking a coke,
have some apple juice
try to cut down on calories

When you are in the U.S. Navy and Airforce they teach you isometric exorcises or "cabin" exorcises when on duty. They work pretty good and were developed by a Physician named Morehouse.

i would suggest- situps, bicycle excercises (eg. lying flat on floor, raising legs up in a bicycle motion), and standing in a star shape, arms outstretched, then left arm to touch right foot and vice-versa. hope this excercises help!
