That is utter RUBBISH!
That is scientifically and biologically impossible. Having sex is to involve in intimacy to satisfy sexual desires, and the only way your boyfriend can get "sick" from not having sex is if he has a psychological sickness along the same mind as rapists, who are insatiable in sex. And you definitely wouldn't want that kind of guy as a boyfriend anyway.
He's definitely trying to take advantage of your sympathies to pressure you into constantly sleeping with him. If he can't be honest to you, and can't respect your feelings, then...he doesn't sound like the best guy you can have for a boyfriend. I wouldn't suggest you to carry on in this relationship, because it doesn't hold much promise in the future.
Talk to him about it only if you feel you really want to. Ask about his grade in biology, too, since what he says has got to be the most illiterate thing I've ever heard. No offense. If not, it would be best to break it off as soon as possible, since you don't want a guy that would manipulate you like that.

Yes girl, that is a big load of rubbish. I've been in the medical field for over 25 years, and I've never heard of a medical problem like that. Tell him if it's that bad, then he needs to take matters "into hand". Seems like he just wants you to have sex with him. I applaud you holding out...and I agree with you. If he really loved you, he'd respect your wishes. Love can wait 5 years, lust can't wait 5 minutes. Dump this loser and find another man, a real man, who will love you and respect your wishes. The only vague bit of truth is that men can experience testicular pain if they go too long without ejaculating. That said he can sort himself out on that score :-)

yea its his way of gettin you in bed you've been w/ him this long and hes healthy. right. if your not ready don't do it! and there are guys that you can trust. be patient and only have sex when you are sure you are ready! it'll be worth it! good luck and ditch him, you'll be happier in the end and he'll still be healthy and now single!
