Based on I.Q. tests given to members of different professions, pastors scored the lowest. The intelligence of some pastors is equivalent to that of an adult monkey, or a 3 year old child. Some border on retardation.

You might want to back up such an inflammatory claim, with some evidence. The Test results, for instance. Otherwise it only presents itself as verbal diarrhea. What I can tell you from intimate knowledge of the discipline of pastorship, is that it requires a good general feeling for people and the many life problems which people experience. A well rounded personality helps. There is simply such a plethora of situations surrounding the human experience, that to be an effective counsellor ( a role which pastors often find themselves playing), an understanding of much of the world around us becomes a valuable asset. Intelligence helps. As with many disciplines, there are likely to be those in ministry who are not well adapted .And there are likely to be pastors who score lower in ( sometimes highly questionable) I.Q. tests. Certainly, fully understanding the Bible is more difficult than say, a full grasp of many university level subjects.

Pastor is the easiest job. You are selling a product that doesn't have to be delivered until the customer reaches a place that doesn't exist and they are lined up ready to buy. Too bad we couldn't get them lined up on high buildings in front of diving boards so they can go there sooner.
