i have a bro in grade 11 im in grade 9 and he has this EXTREEEEEMly hot freind who just came on holiday for 2.5 weeks and spent new years and x mas with us he is a really decent and nice guy and i really like him... we were playing cards and my bro was talking to him and say like if u no a guy for more than 24 hours his sis is a no no what should i do i really have feelings for him and he is at our school... what should i do.. he always cums to our house bt now he is going to be a weekly border does this make things different????

You have to be your own woman and not be controlled by your brother. I am sure he wants to protect you from dangers but other than that you have to be yourself.
If you want to date and be with this guy then do it....Let him know... you have nothing to loose.

Well, bros dont like their sis dating their male friends. If you want to show your bro respect, then talk openly to him about how you feel and see what happens. It is your life and you have to live it, but I doubt that he will be the only guy you fall in love with so dont ruin your family relationship for him. Just talk with your bro and take it from there, good luck.
