can a louis vuitton keep all be classified as carry on luggage and be allowed on a plane as that?

i just bought mine and im using it as a duffle bag but i would like to use it as a carry on its about 25-30 inches in length and about 12inches in height thanks for your help :)

It sounds like it may be a little too long, but to be sure, check with the airline you'll be flying with. The US legacy carriers (United, AA, etc) usually put the maximum carry-on size as 11x14x26" and the smaller airlines (Republic, Frontier, Mesa, etc) about 2 inches smaller because the overhead bins are smaller.
