I am trying to quote a play. Should I use a box quote like this,

"DANFORTH: --------"

Or should I use a regular quote like this, " ---------",

In addition, should I keep the title of the person, or should I drop it if it is only one line?

Quotes from or by Danforth
once it is established/understood that the Quotes are from or by Danforth you do not need to repeat his name.

Quote everything (that I know) like this:::
"Blah blah blah," Danforth
Using the name of the author of the play and the plays name.
To make sure google quote websites and see how they state it.
