I am a dentist and the patients i serve are 90% hispanic. I have seen a lot of dental work coming out of mexico and for the majority, it is SHI*T! For some reason those gold window crowns on the upper front two teeth are very popular. Too bad people come in with swollen gums and pain because it is so bad for your gums. I have seen horrible root canals done and cheap methods of dentistry. I agree that you can find crap anywhere, but remember, most of the time, you get what you pay for! Don't get cheap when it comes to your health.

uuuuhhhh... no. If your worried about dental cost there are a lot of low income programs in america that can help you. Don't risk having something go terribly wrong just to save a few bucks. Contact a dental assisting school. They do things for free, plus you're having a dentist with at least 10 years of experience under his belt there...

I personally wouldn't go down there and do that!! If you don't have dental insurance check this site out below. They save you up to 80% on your dental work. They only cost $11.95 a month and they give you Free Prescription, Free Chiropractic Care and Free Vision.

Dental education and professional standards in US surpass those of any other country except Canada ,and you would be at risk having anything done in Mexico

I've had mental work done with Tequila, but I try to forget about those days. But never dental work in TJ.

how could you tell the difference between a 'good' dentist and a 'really good' one?,anyway-you need to be more specific as to your requirement.
