well its like this if you rent and live together first and things don't work out well for some reason then its much easier to get out of a rental but if you buy then its much harder this is not to say you are going in to it with the idea of a easy out its just the idea that why have the added pressure of a mortgage good luck!

Personally, I think there shouldn't be any rush with that type of thing. You need to think about how old you are, if you can afford something like that... plan out a budget. You'd be surprised how expensive living on your own is. My rent may only be $345, but that doesn't include electric, water, gas, phone bill, cable, internet, groceries, or any other expenses. Overall, it comes to just under 900 a month, just to eat and keep a roof over my head.
Also, you say that you're eventually going to get married. If you're planning on marriage, why rush into living together now? Think about what would change between living together and being married. What's the difference besides a title?
I'd definately try living on your own for a while first, but not with him. There's a lot you both need to learn about living on your own before you should live together.

Before you buy a car you test drive it right??? With that said I would say go ahead and live together before you get married because you never really know a person until you live with them, you may be sure that youre going to live happily ever after but you really learn more about a person when you live with them... they may have some traits you dont know about that will drive you craze, or it might be like heaven and you will know this is the real deal. It's now 2007 were not in the 50s any more it's OK to live with some one now with out being judged or labeled. Good luck :)

No. Save the moving in part till marriage.
Why act like you're married when you're not even married yet??
So you think you're sure he's the one... you can NEVER be certain till you two are really married. ANYTHING can happen. ANYTHING.
Plus, more couples who live together first usually end up divorcing.
And just a little somethin' else....... there will ALWAYS be something in their mind that makes them think that this is only a TEMPORARY SITUATION... because the marriage isn't even official. Always.....
